Permitted use
Smart Leads is intended for legitimate professional opportunity discovery, candidate or business matching, proposal preparation, controlled outreach, account management and related operational research.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use Smart Leads to send unlawful or deceptive communications, impersonate another person or organization, harass recipients, distribute malware, attack systems, evade security controls, misuse personal information, infringe intellectual property or violate applicable privacy, employment, marketing or anti-spam rules.
Outreach standards
Automated, bulk or scheduled outreach must target appropriate professional recipients and remain within platform and mailbox-provider controls. Users are responsible for reviewing campaign context, sender identity and recipient suitability.
Do not use the platform to create indiscriminate mass-mail campaigns, repeatedly contact recipients who have objected, or conceal misleading sender information.
Data and source integrity
Do not intentionally submit false contact details, manipulate match records, bypass lead-allocation controls or attempt to claim opportunities assigned exclusively to another normal user. Administrators may correct, enrich or remove inaccurate source records.
Platform security
Do not probe, exploit or interfere with the scraper, APIs, authentication, billing, cron, database or administrative controls. Security issues should be reported responsibly through the Resolution Center rather than exploited.
Enforcement
Smart Leads may rate-limit, suspend or terminate activity that creates security, deliverability, compliance or abuse risk. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination and preservation of relevant records where reasonably necessary for investigation or legal compliance.
