Information we process
Smart Leads may process account details, uploaded CVs, structured candidate profiles, manually added skills, opportunity records, match results, billing information, support requests, reviews, email configuration metadata, outreach history and security or operational logs.
CV and profile processing
Uploaded CVs are processed to extract information such as name, contact details, skills, experience, education and professional summary. The selected default CV and profile preferences are used for job-specific matching, lead-demand grouping, proposal generation and related workspace functions.
Users may upload multiple CVs and select which analyzed CV is the default profile for matching and outreach.
Opportunity and contact data
Opportunity information may originate from configured public or third-party sources and may include company, job, source URL and professional contact information. Administrators may enrich incomplete lead records before they become eligible for allocation.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide candidate matching, operate lead allocation, generate proposals, deliver configured outreach, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security and improve service operations.
Email credentials
Outreach mailbox secrets and platform-notification mailbox secrets are intended to remain server-side and encrypted at rest by the application. Users should use provider-supported app passwords or SMTP credentials where applicable and should not place passwords in support messages.
Sharing and service providers
Smart Leads may rely on hosting, email, analytics, AI-processing and other infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service. Data is not sold as an advertising product. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, comply with law, protect security or complete user-directed actions.
Retention
Account and operational data may be retained while an account is active and for reasonable security, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal periods afterward. Temporary demo CV files are intended to be deleted after analysis; demo profile/result metadata may be retained briefly for operational purposes.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including role-based access, protected application storage and encrypted application secrets where supported. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Users can update profile information, select a default CV, edit additional skills, manage reviews and submit support requests. Requests concerning account data or privacy can be submitted through the published support channels, subject to legitimate retention obligations.
International and third-party links
External opportunity and company links are not controlled by Smart Leads. Users should review the privacy terms of third-party websites they choose to visit or contact.
